I can’t say enough kind words about Marlene. I often brag about our amazing real estate agent and my friends who have bought houses always say “oh wow, I wish my real estate agent was that good” or “really?! We met Marlene at an open house when we were considering selling our home in Toronto and moving to Bowmanville. Marlene worked with us tirelessly for months looking for the perfect home in Bowmanville. We thought we had found it in on a least three occasions, however, since the sale of our property in Toronto kept falling through, so did the purchases. We met Marlene driving by a home with a for sale sign in a neighborhood we were considering moving to. We wanted to see the house but we didn’t have a real estate agent yet because we were still in the early stages of purchasing. She was with her clients so she wasn’t able to show us the house right away. We exchanged phone numbers and she arranged for us to see the house about 45 mins later. That was impressive!!! This was our 5th sale and we had only ever dealt with a ‘lower commission’ real estate agency before and boy I sure noticed the difference going with Marlene from Remax. She always answered our texts and phone calls promptly and was available to take us to see houses whenever we wanted.
